STATE MANAGER

Lincoln is a proud Kokatha/Wirangu Man from West Coast South Australia..

He is an experienced Civil Engineer with a demonstrated history of working across multiple sectors and disciplines specialising in construction.

Lincoln is highly skilled in Project and Contract Management, Procurement and Tendering, Operation Coordinating, Stakeholder Engagement and Culture, Quality Assurance and Safety Management Systems.

He proudly joined RAW Civil Construction, a 100% Aboriginal Owned South Australian Civil Contractor, in 2020. His role has been instrumental in growing RAW Civil Construction’s position as a leading South Australian Civil Contractor, and also strengthening its position as the employer of choice for all Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people working together.

Lincoln has spent time with state government working on major projects and has project managed the Darlington upgrade, Adelaide’s Arterial intersections upgrade, safety upgrades to South Australia’s rural and remote road network and minor projects throughout Adelaide.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Ross is an experienced civil and construction professional with an exceptional reputation for safety, delivery and leadership. Ross brings over 25 years’ of experience across medium to major projects including managing site delivery teams on projects such as Urban Superway, Southern Expressway Duplication, Adelaide Airport T1 expansion, Northern Connector and Gawler Railway Electrification.

Ross has had extensive exposure across all specialities of civil construction including civil earthmoving, road and pavement construction, rail and marine work as well as concrete and structures. Skilled in contract negotiation and management, including budget and program management, Ross will work with clients to understand their key drivers, needs and expectations and ensure his team delivers this.

PROJECT SUPPORT MANAGER

Carol is a highly effective and efficient project support manager for Raw Civil Construction.

She is naturally organised, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, able to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines as needed.

Carol is an advocate for enhacing participation for Women in Construction and uses her own experience to demonstrate the opportunities avaliable.

Carol comes from a background in Crane & Rigging as a coordinator, with a demonstrated history of working in the mobile crane industry.

With over 6 years experience in all facets of mobile crane hire and with 30+ years of administration experience in the construction industry, Carol is a valuable asset to the business. 

 

Carol Costanzo

Contracts Manager

Chath is a dedicated industry professional with 5+ years experience in contract administration, quantity surveying of medium to large scale civil / building construction and civil engineering projects that have ranged from $1M to $500M in value.

Chath was previously working in the Melbourne construction industry until he relocated to Adelaide in March 2022. He also has international experience in the industry.

Chath has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and a Diploma in Commercial Arbitration. He also holds MAIQS accreditation.

Chath is highly skilled in all facets of the project + construction life-cycle, including estimating, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, cost-tracking and tender + conract review.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Ian is a dedicated Construction Manager with almost 25 years experience within the industry.

During his career he has worked on a wide range of Projects including bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, sub divisions, demolition, marine and mining infrastructure; both in Australia and abroad.

He is passionate about safety at work and delivering high quality Projects for his clients.

 

Ian Kilner

Construction Manager

A highly qualified and experienced Superintendent, Project Manager and Supervisor with extensive experience in civil and structural construction gained through 17 years engagement across hands-on carpentry and high-level leadership and supervisory roles.

Proven track recording in effective oversight, management and delivery of project works and activities in line with client expectations, time and budget parameters.

Recognised for strong and effective leadership, strategic and innovative mindset, focused analytical and problem-solving skills and diverse interpersonal strengths.

An excellent orientation towards occupational health and safety, ability to  adapt to demanding work conditions,  adjust quickly to shifting schedules and  challenging environments, demonstrating a commitment to industry best practice.
